Important Notice: Once your ownership is verified and account deletion is processed, your profile, active sessions, and personal data will be permanently removed. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete Account In-App

Direct Mobile App Method

If you have the FixItMyMachine App installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account instantly:

  1. 1 Open the FixItMyMachine App and log into your account.
  2. 2 Tap on Profile from the bottom menu bar.
  3. 3 Select Account Settings → Request Account Deletion.
  4. 4 Enter the 6-digit verification OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm.

Data Retention & Policy

🗑️ Data Permanently Deleted
  • Personal profile info (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Authentication sessions & tokens
  • Device Push Notification registrations
  • Saved machine site addresses
⚖️ Data Retained for Legal Compliance

As mandated by Indian tax and financial regulations (Income Tax Act & GST compliance), completed billing transaction records, payment receipts, and tax invoices are retained for up to 7 years.
